Rev. Vikram Shinde

Rev. Vikram Shinde has been the Senior Pastor of City Harvest Assembly of God Church ever since its beginning in 2007.
I was born in a very religious orthodox Hindu family. My father was from the army and he retired in Hyderabad. I was born in Hyderabad. When I was one year old, I was taken to a prayer meeting by my parents because of blood clots in my left leg. They desired healing but God had a different purpose in my life. At 12, I was drawn back to prayer by my friend Harry and I was 14 years old when I accepted Christ as my savior. The Lord began to use me in different meetings. In January 1995, I obeyed the Lord in water baptism and God filled me with his Holy Spirit and I began to see visions and prophesy. He enabled me to pioneer 3 different fellowships and one eventually became a church.
In the year 2003, I was given credentials with Assemblies of God, Andhra Pradesh. I was unction ed by the Holy Spirit and affirmed by my Pastor. Rev. Earl Stubbs to go ahead and pioneer a church. With the help of the Lord, on January 27, 2007, I started City Harvest AG Church in New Bowenpally.
In September 2007 I got married to Hithakshi Raju from Bangalore. She was serving as Youth Leader in Garden City AG Church and Jubilee Revival AG Church. After marriage, she joined the pastoral team with a wonderful gift of teaching and counseling. God blessed us with a wonderful daughter Anya, a son called Jedidiah, & a daughter Erzsi.
Our goal is to reach new families and by God’s grace, we were able to win souls for Christ. We are blessed with membership and in attendance of 350 worshipers on Sundays in three different locations in 2 States.
My desire is to reach the core of every believer’s heart and make Christ a reality to them.
